Chris is a results – driven, client-focused and articulated Agile Project Manager with extensive experience in end to end (E2E) Scaled Agile Framework and DevOps Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). His experience comes from discovering and gathering requirements for enterprise solutions and ERP implementations using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies in the form of Roadmaps, Epics, Features and Stories.
A specialist in project delivery having been the Vice Chair on the PMI’s Organisational Project Management Maturity Model (OPM3) 3rd Edition publication and the inaugural speaker at the Middle East project management maturity conference on behalf of PMI.

✓ Queensland Health, Gold Coast University Hospital – I directed and led the $468m ICT enablement for the state-of-the-art Gold Coast University Hospital (GCUH) in Queensland Australia. I also led the eEnablement for Kingaroy Hospital in Rural Queensland
✓ Office of the Deputy Prime Minister (ODPM), UK – Specialist consultant on behalf of the ODPM to assist Local and Regional Government deliver on their ICT Transformational Agenda through Best Value Performance Indicator (BVPI-157)
