Francis Price is a thoughtful advisor and mentor who utilises his diverse background to help organisations and individuals to identify and deliver outcomes. He has extensive business experience across Australia with multi-nationals, government and for purpose organisations in development, strategy, operational and project roles and brings a unique prospective that can only be gained from engaging with people from Board level to rural and remote locations.

During his career he has managed $100 million retail and logistic business for Shell across vast areas of Australia, overseen facility strategy for Brisbane City Council community assets, driven growth for Sodexo in their Resource and Construction sector facilities business, led the operations and development of accommodation for 8,000 people for BHP in the Bowen Basin in Queensland and delivered projects for Queensland Health and Mater to drive new service delivery models and improve facility strategy.

His facility experience includes working with organisations using the principles identified in ISO 55000 (Asset management — Overview, principles and terminology) to assist them to understand their facility portfolio, implements systems and processes to provide transparency and align facilities with organisational strategy.

From his Board roles including as Chair of a for purpose company he also understands how to support people within organisations to understand and justify programs that align with strategy, improve governance and business performance.
