As a Operations Manager and Managing Consultant he has lead teams in excess of 100 people delivering managed services, application development and ERP project delivery. His collaborative, people first leadership style has been core to building high performing and innovative teams.

For OPTUS, WebCentral and DXC Technology, he has lead the initiation and go-to-market development of new commercially viable solution portfolios that have generated new revenues in excess of $220M

On the sales, marketing front, Fraser’s roles have included Sales Director, Complex Sales Management, Client Partner and Product General Manager positions for global ICT businesses. With a proven consistent track record in sales acquisitions he has lead complex strategic pursuits for major transformational programmes generating over $195M in new revenue in the last 3 years.

His Client Partner roles have been for major Australian and global organisations including ABB, Optus, Webcentral, Infor, Oracle, Wipro, DXC technology, where he drove the success of many complex transformation, integration and managed services projects and solutions.
