Marina is a change and people practitioner who works with teams, leaders and organisations to coach, support and build internal capability to implement compelling large-scale transformation and change programs. An experienced and qualified Change Manager with experience in Digital Transformation, development of new operating models, Organisational Change, Cultural Transformation, Organisational Effectiveness, People Strategy, HR Transformation, Organisational Development and Design, and Internal Communication.

Marina has extensive experience across range of industry sectors including health, aged care, social services, education, retail, energy, agribusiness and finance. Most recently Marina has focused on delivering large change initiatives to support a new national contact centre platform, ERP transformations, HCM/Payroll systems and eCommerce and CRM implementations. Marina was part of the leadership team at RSL Queensland working on a 3-year digital transformation strategy which, as a result of 70% uplift in change readiness, translated into:
