Rebecca is an Organisational Change Manager with extensive experience within the IT space, delivering successful change across diverse clients and industries including human services, transport and water.
Rebecca has a passion for ensuring that all impacted stakeholders are familiar, comfortable and confident with the change, from executives down to the end users on site. This also involves ensuring the business requirements are considered during the technical build of the project, reducing impact to employees where possible.
Rebecca’s job and passion is to alleviate those concerns, and get people to not only accept, but also enjoy the change process. Coming from a training background, workshop facilitation and training are her biggest strengths, and she strives to make all learning engaging and enjoyable.
Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Education and her PROSCI Change Management certification, giving her a holistic understanding of how to ensure stakeholders have the appropriate knowledge and desire to accept and process the change successfully.
