Astrid has over 10 years of experience leading teams of all sizes in industries spanning retail, manufacturing and hospitality in local and overseas markets. Her experience of overseeing and leading change initiatives from the ground-up has equipped her with unique insights into employee engagement and change readiness. She is highly experienced in balancing client and employee needs for optimal organizational outcomes.

Astrid has a strong academic foundation having recently completed a Bachelor of Business at QUT, majoring in Management.

She is passionate about organisational culture and strategic human resource management and believes in an empathetic approach towards achieving optimised business performance.
