Carole is passionate about developing and implementing business strategies underpinned by people strategies that delivers growth and profit. As Peter Drucker says “Culture eats strategy for breakfast” which in her experience is about the correlation between a healthy, productive culture and the company’s bottom line. With more than 2 decades of business experience working in South Africa, Canada and Australia she has a depth of knowledge and expertise working in culturally diverse businesses. Her experience as a strategic Chief People Officer of a large global organisation has given her unique insights in running large and small businesses, having operational responsibility and understanding what it takes to deliver on growth, results, profit and business success. This diverse experience has helped her be commercially astute, agile and strategic as she led over 350 people in 24 countries in the people and culture function.

She has been operationally responsible for businesses with revenues in excess of $500m leading teams successfully in Canada and Australia.

As a consultant she works with executive teams to improve leadership capability and develop people strategies to help emerging and established businesses grow.

She is a certified advisory board chair, mentor and advisor to owners and executives who are in the emerging, growing and changing business cycle.
