An experienced workshop facilitator, Leigh ensures she fully understands requirements and shows empathy for end users, while at the same time challenging the status quo to ensure best practices can be achieved.

Leigh’s experience includes strategic planning, envisioning & discovery, system selection, solution design, requirements gathering & documentation, gap analysis, system configuration, testing, and post-implementation support.

She’s a fierce financial literacy advocate and an avid mountain-biker.
