Manuel Ledezma is an expert in Business Process Transformation. He has built and led teams of all sizes, across multiple disciplines and geographic regions, enabling human talent while driving efficiency and effectiveness.
Born in the US Manuel grew up in Venezuela and developed his career in Australia, Canada, Colombia and Germany; he has led transformational and transactional environments, contributing to the success of CUA, Suncorp Bank, CIBC, Electrolux, Sodexo, Moen, Stanley – Black & Decker, Husqvarna, and others.
Enabling human talent while driving efficiency and effectiveness.
Prior to joining Exent, Manuel held multiple senior management positions at Credit Union Australia, including Head of Operations, Head of Automation, Head of Member Experience and Head of Business Improvement, amongst others. He also served as Guest Lecturer for the Master of Business Process Management at QUT.
Manuel’s professional qualifications include being a graduate of the General Management Program at Melbourne Business School, a Masters degree in Engineering Design – Human Centred Design from McMaster University, a Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering from UCAB. He is also a certified Lean – Six Sigma Black Belt, a Project Management Professional, an Agile ScrumMaster and an Organisational Coach.
