Rachel is an experienced Program Manager with a demonstrated history of leading Digital Transformations. Leading complex digital transformations across HRIS systems, ERP, Dynamics 365 and software implementations to name but a few. Throughout her career Rachel has led and managed a direct team of developers, testers, and analysts through the whole project lifecycle. Working collaboratively with key stakeholders and partnering with internal teams, Rachel has been able to deliver complex transformations where others have not. Rachel enjoys creating a client centric approach that has been evolving it over many years, delivering lasting results for large and small-scale organisations.

Rachel’s passion comes from her genuine curiosity and drive to add value to clients. Starting her career as a Trader she moved into Performance and Systems Analyst and finally into Project Management and Delivery.

Certified Scrum Master and strong agile practitioner. Industry experience includes Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry, Finance (Trading, Investment Banking, FX), Digital Marketing, Retail, Charity.

Rachel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration coupled with Prince 2 and Scrum master certifications.
