Aaron is a proven business leader specialising in business transformation, strategy, enterprise change and process optimisation, providing trusted advice and consistently delivering complex projects and programs.  He possesses over 25 years’ professional experience across the Corporate Services realm, particularly within Human Resources, Finance, Information Technology and Operational functions.

Aaron has successfully delivered cross-functional transformational programs across a broad range of industries, business sizes, corporate structures and maturity levels, allowing him to leverage a multitude of experiences to design customized client solutions.  These industries include a range of private sector clients as well as State Government, Local Government, GOEs and NFP clients.  Combined with his passion for implementing sustainable organizational change and underpinned by a breadth of qualifications and certifications, Aaron is a versatile hands-on engagement leader who reliably delivers high value outcomes for clients.

  •  ICT strategy and digital transformation, including ERP / core finance platforms (SAP, Oracle and TechnologyOne, SAP BusinessOne), HRIS / WFM systems (rostering, payroll, ESS/MSS, LMS and integrated HRIS), and various risk & governance, customer management and asset solutions.
