Alana has experience across a broad range of industries and deliverables with a reputation for being able to find clarity through chaos and complexity.  She is known for being a strong customer advocate with empathy for stakeholders at all levels and able to bring stability and leadership during challenging times.  Her ability to ‘think differently’ is an asset to her craft and she is known to be a versatile problem solver.  Alana has been working in the technology industry for 10 years after a pivot from accounting and finance.

With a passion for Digital Transformation in enterprise organisations she has delivered many initiatives from enterprise sized entities to SMEs gathering an extensive portfolio of experiences often leveraged when setting clients up for success.  These organisations span District Health, Council, Government (NZ), Water Council, Manufacturing and Distribution, and FMCG.  Alana is a hands-on, people focussed leader acknowledged for her ability to build trust and deliver with precision.
