Amanda is a highly capable Organisational Change Manager with over 20 years experience in change management, stakeholder engagement, targeted communication, instructional design and leadership. Her career focus is on the human enablement side of technology. Amanda  firmly believes that people are at the heart of successful change. She is a thoughtful guide in helping groups and individuals to think and feel differently, in order to meet  shared goals. Amanda has worked in many industries while to honing her skills including Construction, Finance, Mining and Government.

Amanda is poised and competent with a demonstrated ability to transcend cultural differences and work well with colleagues at all levels including Senior Leadership. She has a huge appetite for change, challenges, learning and teaching new systems or processes and thrives on multiple project timelines.  Above all, she has a passion for people and derives great satisfaction at watching teams mature and achieve what they thought was once impossible.  Amanda is a natural rapport builder because she genuinely cares about people.

Amanda’s most recent experience was delivering on change management and business readiness initiatives for Seqwater for their ERP reimplementation on Technology One’s Ci Anywhere product. Amanda juggled multiple streams and teams across HR/Payroll, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Asset Lifecyle Management and Reporting streams.

She has also been involved in large scale SAP upgrades (6,000 plus users) along with a Salesforce CRM implementation that was so successful it won an award for Silverchef and is now a featured Salesforce case study.  At BHP Amanda delivered on a multi-year, multi-site project to provide a pit-to-port inventory and quality management system using the Aveva product.

Amanda is Prosci change management certified, which gives her an understanding of the needs of stakeholders when adapting to change, to ensure to the client achieves the desired outcome and  return on investment, including speed of adoption, utilisation and proficiency.
