Gopal’s expertise is built on a solid foundation of hands-on experience. Starting as a software developer, he moved into business-focused roles like Business Analyst, Solution Design/implementation Lead and Program Management advisor. He has an in-depth understanding of software design, delivery and team management challenges. Over time, he has gained skills to apply pragmatic approaches to resolve them.

Gopal has led a range of consulting and advisory engagements across various industries and functions. He has assisted clients with selecting fit-for-purpose technology solutions and drafting a practical implementation strategy for transitioning to the target state. He works with internal/external technology partners to create implementation plans and manages stakeholder expectations, conflicts, blockers, and unforeseen situations.
