She has advanced proficiency in all aspects of Excel and has extensive experience in preparing detailed documentation and reports while managing complex internal and external data analysis responsibilities. She is capable across all aspects of project management life cycles along with a good understanding of HR and Payroll duties.

Hardika has been a business analyst for more than 7 years and has a wide range of experience in analyzing business improvement opportunities. She has been an integral part of the business development team at multiple 3PL supply chain companies.

Hardika has extensive experience across transport, logistics and warehousing industry as well as has also worked in utility industry and customer service roles where she successfully transferred and utilized her business analysis skill sets according to the requirements and approach for the organization that engaged her.

During her more than 7-year career as a business analyst, Hardika has also been heavily involved with business process management (BPM), delivering business process solutions including “As-Is” and “To-Be” process design, business process re-engineering (BPR) and process mapping within the financial sector.

Hardika’s diverse background and knowledge, acquired from her extensive experience, has allowed her to deliver quality business analysis and act with high capability in a vast range of environments.
