Larissa is an experienced Organisational Change Manager with a background in Human Resources, Social Psychology, and Masters in Business Administration.
Larissa has extensive experience delivering complex change and project implementation across business areas and whole of organisation (locally & globally). These implementations have led to improvements both in people adoption of technology, process, and roles.
Larissa’s roles have largely focused on change and transformation in the Mining, Insurance, Government, and Non-for-Profit sectors. Major project deliveries include Human Resource Information System (including timekeeping), Learning Management Systems, Claims and insurance platforms.
